Standard delivery is 7–10 business days. Silver packages offer 5–7 days and Gold 3–5 days. The express delivery option (+$25) reduces this to 24–48 hours for urgent cases.
Yes, we travel anywhere in Haiti. Travel fees outside the metropolitan area are calculated based on distance and location. Contact us directly via WhatsApp for a travel quote.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and lock in your date. The balance is payable on the day of the shoot or upon delivery. We accept MonCash, Unibank, Sogebank and international transfers.
The deposit is refundable if cancellation is made more than 14 days before the event. Below this deadline, it can be transferred to a future date. Each situation is handled individually with understanding.
